On June 2, 2008 a nice looking young man approached our front door where my husband and I were both hanging out, he told us of his 'all star' baseball team selling magezines/books to earn money so they could travel internationally. We are a baseball family, our son playing on a state champ team at that very moment. We looked through the selections, purchased four books for ourselves and wrote a check for $193.00 to Periodical & Publication Connection, Inc.
Our check went through our bank within 5 days but we have not seen a book yet. I have tried calling the number on the order form but only get a message that states the mailbox is full.
