Complaint Review: Perk Spa

Perk Spa Took $2149.00 from my Visa card for a treatment that I could not take due to my husband having raidation treatments for 2 months every day. I have called them the day that we recieved notice that my husband will have to have this radiolagy treatment with Waterman Hospital on February 10th to let them know that there was no way that I could go forward with this treatment. He will be having radiation for 8 weeks everyday 5 days a week.. summerfield Florida

I am writing to report what I think this is a fraudulate action.  I went to Perk Spa for a seminar for a stomach reduction treatment.  Sounded wonderful.  Met with Michelle to see what my cost would be.  Went home and thought about the cost and treatment I called the following Monday to see if I could meet with Micheal Agreed to paying $2149.50 for the treatment.  Now, my husband finds out that he has to have radiation on a brain tumor.  Called Perk Spa and left a message for Michelle that I can not proceed.  No return calls from Perk Spa.  Meanwhile we have been to Waterman Hospital and met with the radioligist concerning his brain tumor.  This will be 8weeks every day for treatment.  I called Michelle the day that I returned home, Feb. 10/2017 explaining our problem and she has yet to return the call.

I find this very disturbing when I have a husband that needs all of my support and care that this company can not even respond to any of my messages.

I would appreciate any and all help that you can provide.
