Complaint Review: Perkins Specialized Transportation Flatbed Division

This company has an 82% turnover rate a week. They get people in by telling them there are contracts they don't even have. There are hidden fees not spoken of and they are constantly updating there contracts. They hold your pay until you are in the hole and claim it is because of some safety issue; logs, paperwork, etc.
My wife and I really tried to make this work from October 2008 to June 2009. We were paid one pay check $677.00. This is there flatbed division, we were paid because we found our own loads, and then a change in the office from Greg Maiers. During this time we stayed on the road except Christmas, and a week if Feburary. We landed in the Northwest and was informed by letter the contract was terminated.
This company in my opinion defines share cropping. I would encourage everyone who reads this to contact them and ask them if these allogations are true. Follow this with contacting myself I will give a list of drivers who have left and that are still trying to make this work. Then you can form your own opinion of this company.
