Perks Card promises to deliver then doesn't. NO feedback, no followup, no contact until I tried to cancel  then was told I had to pay another month as it was too late to cancel this billing cycle. Ooops, no contract. So how can they refuse to cancel?  They gave me no terms, they stated no contract, nothing else@

AND there was absolutely NO responses from the marketing campaign.
