Dont buy from Perla Violeta Caballero.  She misrepresented us on a house.  She is very unethical and immoral and will stop at nothing from getting a sale from you at your expense.
 
Three months ago, we had to declare bankruptcy because the mortgage lender that she referred us to gave us the impression that we were on a fixed rate loan when it turned out that the paperwork stated that it was an adjustable rate mortgage.  Our mortgage was overwhelming.
 
We called Miss Caballero about this matter, and she rudely mentioned that once the transaction is over, she wanted NOTHING to do with us anymore as though the commission is all that mattered to her and not her clients.
 
Dont ever buy a house from Perla Caballero or patronize the clinic where she works.  If she comes to you soliciting clients for her clinic, do NOT work with her.  I repeat.  Do NOT work with her.  She WILL screw you over the same way she screwed us.
