Maureen, On Feb 2nd 2010 we bought a new car and the dealer recommed PGAC we got a quote from the agent over the phone, we wrote eveything down that she told us, the agent also adviced us that she would sent  some document to our email to be signed and returned. A few days later we went online to check our policy only to find out that it had increase by $150.00 because we did not signed the document,  which we never received, and to make matter worse  they want to charge us $20.00 extra because we would not sign up for auto deduction.


We have had this policy for only 1 month, and we are getting hit by all these hidden charge. $20.00 fee for an invoice for your next month payment(That makes no sense)


The agents and Superviser at this company has no idea how to do their job, none of them could give me a straight answer, the only thing they knew how to say is IT'S OUR POLICY.(Right know your policy sucks)


Upper managerment need to take a closer look at the POLICY and also retrain their STAFF MEMBERS.  This is the worst car insurance company once they get your money they will feed you a bunch of B.S. 


 NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN, ORLANDO FLORIDA.
