 I purchased this plan a couple of months ago and it took over a month before I received my insurance cards.They claimed they had the wrong address, even though I verified it several times when I signed up for the plan. I was given a breakdown of the charges and was told that I would be able to change my payment method to use my checking account instead of my credit card after the first month. There were extra charges on my card the second month and when I called to enquire about the charges, and to enquire about using my checking account to pay, I spoke to a rep who identified himself as David and he was extremely argumentative and rude, telling me that the charges were for what I signed up for and that no one had ever told me I Would be able to pay with my checking account. I called again this week to cancel my policy and again spoke with David who was even more rude and argumentative than the first time I spoke with him. He asked why I was cancelling my policy and when I told him, he became very argumentative and asked me if I had another plan and what what's the name of the plan and I told him that this wasn't any of his concern and he said I was lying about having another plan. He refused to give me the name of his supervisor and immediately transferred me to someone else who only said she would make a note of my complaint and refused to transfer me to the compliance officer.
