Perry Grant Writers - Denise Perry portrayed themselves as a top notch grant writing company with statements they were sucessful in writing and obtaining funding for a church in Florida and other other organizations. We hired them to write 30 grant proposals for a non-profit organization seeking funding to help people with disabilities. Perry Grant Writers protrayed themselves to be a top notch grant writing firm, they claim they have obtained numerous grants for many organizations. We trusted them based on their website, communications, which were excellent BEFORE they were paid $2000.
Once payment was made, Perry Grant Writers began playing the dodgeball game. They ignored telephone calls and emails. Creating excuses such as "their team is on travel" out celebrating anniversary and have one assistant with, and so on.
On May 9th, emails were sent and ignored, the same day telephone calls were made and sent the calls to voice mail. We opened a paypal dispute and within 10 minutes they responded to paypal.
STILL HAVE NOT responded to our request for documentations and/or verification of proposals and/or LOI sent to grantmakers. After contacting several grantmakers Perry Grant Writers verbally said they would or did send proposals to, we found not one grantmaker had received anything, muchless heard of us.
We have lost a few weeks time plus the $2000.00 they Perry Grant Writers fraudulently obtained from us without any intention of preforming their contract.

We have disputed the charges with the credit card company and todate we have received half of the amount returned, we are still waiting on the other half. I encourage anyone who is RIPPED OFF by Denise Perry to contact the NM State Attorney General office and the police department. This woman needs to answer to authorities.
I personally contacted funders she claimed to have sent a Letter of Inquiry to, and they had NEVER heard of us or received anything on our organization's behalf. Denise Perry, which by the way is not really her name, and at the moment my notes from my "skip tracing" investigation are packed, otherwise I would list her real name. I will update this posting as new information becomes available. I suspect she may be tied to "Homestead" as well, possibly an owner or close relationship to the Homestead owner(s). I did talk with one of the listed people on her website, and he did receive a refund from paypal, paypal agreed with us however they were unable to return any money as Perry Grant Writers had no funds to take... we turned the case over to he Credit Card company and they are still investigating. Hopefully, no one will give this woman a penny again...
