Pershing Auto Body Parts Be careful of this Company! Warrensburg Illinois
These guys are shady to say the least. There are many complaints on them in the Better Business Bureau website for Illinois.
It took me over 4 weeks to have a simple refund from them placed on my card!
All the refunds are approved by the Owner and he is very slow to return your money!
If they owe you be prepared to call over and over. They won't return your calls and won't credit your card!

The majority of the complaints that are on file with the BBB are from 2003-2006 which is when our company had started and did not fuction very properly. Since then I can say this company is a very good company which practices customer service 100%. The issue that you describe would be due to the damage factor of your merchandise and that this takes some time. If a buyer recieves a damaged part and they contact us to resolve we offer them a free replacement or refund. A replacement can be sent out immediately. A refund however takes a little longer. This is due to the damage process with the shipping company. We issued the refund to your card as soon as this process was concluded and we recieved the part back. The credit card company may also take 3-5 business days to post the return to your credit card. Again this is a very good company to work for and below is their information along with creditable responses from new buyers.
