Persian House convinced me to buy a 20,000 EURO rug which I immediately returned to them for store credit. I have gone to claim my credit and it has been almost one month of them claiming they lost the documentation, behaving in an incredibly rude and nastly manner, finally proposing a compromise of 3500 EUR! One brother making commitments and the other brother claiming he never knew of any of the commitments made.
This store is a pathetic excuse for a rug dealer. They have no inventory and quite clearly their recent relocation to a s**t hole reflects the fact that they are facing difficult times. But independent of whether customers buy their carpets, lying and engaging in unlawul deceipt is not acceptable and customers must never shop at Persian house. Milan has a thousand alternatives.
Watchout for these two brothers. They are frauds.
