Complaint Review: Personal anti virus

While i was online, a pop up site told me that my computer had a virus.  Little did i know i panic and purchase the product.  It told me i could able to refund my money back so i call the number 1-888-809-6223.  An automated service came up and i relay my message that i would like to cancel my service and get my $79.99 back.  When i look at my banking account my transaction to the company call wcspay.com/c-te.

I did my little research and realize it is a scam.  I was wondering am i able to recover my money back? and can this so call company be stopped?
