Complaint Review: Personal Choice Outfitters

Personal Choice Outfitters PCO I ordered a case of .22LR ammo in mid March. Have yet to recieve it, Unable to contact Buckeye Arizona

We ordered a case of .22 ammo from Personal Choice Outfitters (PCO) in mid-March.  On 8 Apr, we received a call from Becky, who told us she works for them, to apologize for the ammo not yet being shipped but assured us that it would be shipped shortly. 

It's now 4 months later and we are still waiting.  Inspite numerous calls to both the general PCO telephone number and to Becky's extension, which always resulted in us leaving a message as both numbers go straight to voice mail, and sending multiple emails, we have yet to be contacted back by them concerning the order. 

When we attempted to check on the order again this morning, we found that apparently our customer account has been disabled!  It appears that the company is still in business accouding to their webpage, however their "live chat" is not available due to "high volumn". 

Thankfully our credit card was not to be charged until the ammo was shipped, but ammo is hard to find for a while now and we stopped actively looking for it when we mistaken believed that we had a case of it in route.  BIG MISTAKE on our part.
