I placed two orders 3 weeks ago. Both orders consisted of Christmas gifts and neither had any indication of a delay at the time of the order. Christmas is now 3 days from today and I have yet to receive either order.

I have emailed the company repeatedly (more than 4 times) and have not once gotten a single response. In addition, every time I attempt to call customer service, a recording comes on to inform me that that there is an overload of phone calls and I will have to call at another time; it then promptly hangs up on me. I have even attempted to call at 11:00pm and am left hearing the same redundant message.

My order numbers are W1194211 and W1196841. Supposedly, both orders have been in the personalization/production area for over 3 weeks (according to the online order status). In the online FAQ, it clearly indicates that personalized items will arrive to the buyer in 7-10 days yet my items have not even left the company (and it has been nearly 3 weeks).

I will never be purchasing from this comapny again. I would also warn anyone who might be considering a purchase from them. I honestly would not have minded the delay of my orders had somebody had the common courtesy to inform me of the problem. Nobody has done this; not even 3 weeks later. My numerous emails were ignored, my phone calls were promptly cut off, and I have no other means of resolving the issues. My Christmas gifts will never reach the recipients in time and I do not even have a reason as to why. I spent well over $100 and this company does not even have the decency to offer a response to my inquiries.

This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
