These people called me hundred times while I was at work. One day when I picked up the telephone and asked what they wanted. This guy named Aaron asked me about my debts and I confirmed with him that I did had few debts. He then promised me he would help me out and they wouldn't be any extra charges he said which then I believed him and agreed to give him my bank details. Foolish me!! Few days later a courier came to my door with the paperwork and I had to signed it right away which I did. He left me a copy of the agreement which I then read and discovered that what this Aaron guy has told me and what the agreement reads wasn't the same. Immediately I rang them up and ask to cancel the whole thing, of course he went on and on about me having financial problems and that they could help me. I always stick to what I say , and no means no. He said to me he would take my details of they systems and agreed not to contact me any more. Couple of weeks later I found out that these people took money out of my account. 150-, pounds to be exact. I rang them up to ask them to give back my money and they refused after few threads and calls he said to write a letter the reason why I don't longer require their service which I did and I haven't heard from them yet. I have an appointment with the citizen advise bureau this Friday and I will seek legal advice and I will take legal actions agains them so help me god.
