Personal Research Ltd. that promises to sell research chemicals is a total ripoff. The guys name is Micheal Moore, yes Micheal Moore, not Michael Moore. He lives in Cutoff, La and has a fake website. He kept in contact with me all the way up until I had the money Western Unioned to him. After he got the money I have not heard from him again. He asks for western union money to be sent with a "No ID test question" . Anybody sending money western union, please never use a NO ID TEST QUESTION, unless the money you're sending is being sent to someone you know personally.

He lives in Cutoff, La and has a fake website. He kept in contact with me all the way up until I had the money Western Unioned to him. After he got the money I have not heard from him again.
