We placed an order online with Personal Care Wholesale products and everything that could go wrong with an order did. Every time we tried to check the status of the order, we were either misinformed, unable to reach a live person, told we would be called or emailed back and never did. They could not deliver the product in time and we cancelled the order but alas they charged our credit card anyway. When attempting to contact them about this charge, again, no comment, response of any sort. Do not do business with this online store. They are completely irresponsible and disorganized.
