Ordered some items on 2/8/2017.  Now mind you their shipping location is located about an hour from Chicago where I live.  They provided shipping info on February 9th.  I paid extra so that the items would arrive before Valentines Day.  The shipping through UPS showed that the shipment should get to me by end of business days on February 13th.  Nothing came.  I called UPS who apparently transfered the shipment to USPS for cost savings per Personalization Mall's permission.  Now I'm sitting here on Valentines Day with nothing to give.  I call Personalization Mall to find out what will happen if I don't get my items on time.  They say I'll get my shipping back lol.  Unacceptable and will be taken to my cc company.  They're a rip off.  Do not pay or trust their expedited shipping services.
