Complaint Review: Personalized For Baby.com

Personalized For Baby.com charged my credit card (unfortunately debit card) and never sent the item I purchased Stockbridge Georgia

I purchased an engraved baby stool for my goddaughter on 4/8/08 and my debit card was charged on 4/9/08. About 1 month later I didn't recived the item so I called the company and left a message but did not receive a response so I called again and still did not hear back from anyone. So I sent a few emails that went unanswered.

Finally I went to the Better Business Bureau website and they provided me with the email for a Julie Novelli to contact before filing a complaint which I did and she at first replied and stated that the card was charged because the item is personalized and I should recieved it in about 6-8 weeks from when I purchased it.

Well time went by and still no response so I sent Julie several emails that went unsanswered and I called several times and did not get a return call. I filed a complaint with the BBB but to date the company has not contacted the BBB either so it looks like I am just out the $49.60.

This company is obviously a scam and fradulent and I hope no one ever orders from their site again.
