Complaint Review: Personalized For Baby

I placed an order on 1-8-07 with Personalized for Baby, Inc. They seemed to have a good selection. I ordered a gift for a one year old birthday party. I ordered in plenty time for the party. The web site states it takes 3-4 days to process and 2-3 days to ship. I emailed the company a week later when I did not receive an email notice of shipment. I called that same day. I made 4 more attempts to call and sent 2 more emails. The phone is an automated line that goes directly to voice mail.

No one EVER returns your phone calls...although their answering machine states that your message will be returned within 24 hours. My emails never got answered.

It is 30+ days later and I never have heard anything from this business. AND, the one year old has never gotten her gift. I look like a complete boob and I will never recommend this company to anyone. I will do everything that I can to make sure that I tell as many people as possible about them. These people are CROOKS. And, they are preying on people with good intentions.

Everyone wants to buy a nice gift for babies and/or children and it is a joyful time. They ruined this little girls birthday gift from me. They should be ashamed and prosecuted. I am not the only one that they have put through this ordeal. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and will follow through on any lawsuit that anyone decides to bring upon them.
