I ordered a personalized newborn layette on January 24th, 2005 in anticipation of our first baby due on April 14th so that he or she would have a cute outfit to wear home from the hospital.

I paid for the item by credit card. I inquired February 18th as the company failed to send me confirmation that my merchandise shipped. I was told that it had shipped and that I should be expecting my package soon.

The package did not arrive. I sent several more inquiries to the company and was repeatedly told rather rudely by the company's President, Julie Galbreath, that the package was "on its way."

On March 22, 2005, Ms. Galbreath stated that she would not offer me a refund but would re-ship the item on the following Wednesday.

It has been over a month since it was supposedly re-shipped and I still have not received it. My baby is now born and has outgrown the newborn size. I have sent 5 inquiries about the issue which have all gone unanswered by Personalized for Baby, Inc.

I believe this web site is fraudulent and hope to notify others so that they won't get ripped off too!!!
