Personalizedforbaby.com sent wrong item and won't answer phone calls or e-mails Stockbridge Georgia
I placed an order for a personalized baby hat on September 28, 2006 and received the item promptly however, it was not the hat that I ordered. I double checked my conformation e-mail to be sure that it was not my mistake, which it was not.
Next, I sent a very nice e-mail explaining the mistake and offering to send the hat back in order to receive a replacement. After three days I had not received a response via e-mail so I placed a phone call.
The call center is nothing but an automated system. No matter what prompt you choose, you get a recording stating that no one is available. I left all of my info including the order number, my home and work telephone numbers and my e-mail address. Several days went by and still no call or e-mail.
In total I sent 6 e-mails and made 7 phone calls. I have never received a response to this day and it has now been 3 months. This is a terrible company that has no respect for its customers. They are dishonest and should not be trusted!!! I will never buy from them again and I will be sure to tell as many people as possible about them.
