These guys are basically con artists. I placed an order and immediately (within minutes) asked to cancel the order as I needed to make some changes to the order. They replied saying they cancelled the order but will be keeping 5% of the payment as this is their 'policy'. Suffice to say, I will not be re-placing the order and am trying to dispute this scam with PayPal.
