Pet air way Door to door service I paid 220 for a pup to be shipped. Then 3 hours later emails me that I have to pay a $850 refundable pet insurance fee before the pup can get back on board. New castle Delaware
Me and my husband was getting a French bulldog for our two kids for Christmas. All we were asked to pay was $220 for the flight ticket. After the dog boards the plane and gets half way here we receive an email stating we need to pay $850 for a refundable pet insurance fee. They call us harassing us for this payment. When we ask a simple question as to what airlines the company is using we cussed out and hung up on. When we try to contact the company we get no answer.
