This company was an advertiser on Facebook and I saw multiple friends sharing it. I didn't do my research on this company and I am upset with that. I ordered Automatic Pet Feeder With Voice Recording and LCD Screen from them in March. It was only $5.95, but I had many friends ordering it also. They send a confirmation email saying thank you for your order and has the order details and how much was charged to my card. I waited for 3 months (contacting them by email, but they would respond It takes approximately 45-90 days to receive order). I tried to hit their refund link in my confirmation email, but it says link is disabled. I tried to call their number, but it has been disconnected. I searched on Facebook and found a page exposing them and how so many people ordered from them and they cannot get any response. Well, they tell you to wait so many days so that you cannot call your bank/card to cancel the purchase. They are smart with ripping people off!!
