I went to the web page for this product, thinking it would be a nice, inexpensive gift for my brother, who owns a dog. I decided against ordering, and when I closed the page, I got a popup offering the product at a lower cost, something like $9.99. I was now a little more interested, and clicked to the next page. Then, I put in my credit card info. I clicked on a button to go to the next screen where I could review my order. There, I saw a page telling me how the one I was about to order wasn't that great, so why not buy the deluxe version, which was more money. At this point, I was annoyed, so I closed the whole page. As far as I knew, this was it. I did not receive any email from this company. Then tonight I got a call from my brother, asking me why I sent him a Pet Rider, which he said he has no need for. I couldn't believe my ears. Then he told me -- they sent him two, and there was a paid invoice, for $63, included. Sure enough, I go to my Amex online and find the charge. So now I not only find out that this company went ahead and completed the order anyway, apparently also upgrading it and charging a good $45 more than the cost of a single unit with shipping. I called Amex to report this as a fraudulent charge. I'll be happy to have my brother return their product if they send a prepaid shipping label.

These are not people to do business with.
