The parrots are in awful condition, behind the glass completely sealed.
Half of them are without tails and all of them are loosing feathers - a sign on depression and neglect. They have no human interactions, the cages are sealed with thick glass from all sides.
The staff and management is rude and unpleasant. When we asked to look a the parrot they said that "you can only touch it if you want to buy it". And they showed a price tag of $549.99 dollars, saying that they cannot let you touch them, since they cost so much. "I can't let you touch them, because if they get hurt, they cost so much".
The most important is that birds look terribly bored and unhappy.
