Pete Franklin's Best Cars KC Scammed me into an overpriced car, then switched co-signer and owner names Kansas City Kansas
The car I was going to buy from Pete Franklin's just happened to "get totalled" the day I went in to purchase it and they said the only other vehicle I would be able to get was one marked for $15999. After they secretly switched my name (owner) with my co-owners name (co-signer), they raise the interest rate to 29%, making my car $25000. They did all of this without permission, without notification, and they did it on purpose so be able to sell a car well above market price. Now that I've been paying a car payment for 5 years I get to start all over again because of their con-artist ways. I do not have any credit since they switched ours names it doesn't reflect on my credit score, making purchasing a new vehicle extremely difficult and frustrating after 5 years of car payments. This dealership is now permanently closed, which I recently found out, but I still want justice for their crooked actions.

In the process of buying this car, there was a closing in which paperwork was prepared including a bill of sale and contract. There would have been numerous places for you to sign. The contract would have contained the price information as well as loan terms. What you are here to tell the world is you didn't even bother to read what the terms were, you just signed wherever they told you to, otherwise you would have seen the price and loan information! Smart! Real, real smart! I'm impressed!
