Pete Richmire aka "Splash me Pool and Spas" ripoff dishonest to myself and several others, fradulant sales false promises victimized many other consumers Portland Oregon
Pete sold and resold the same hot tub to several other people and accepted moneys for the hot tub he promised to deliver. He came up with many other excuses to other victims when asked to deliver the hot tubs or return there money. I have most of the reciept from the other victims but I personally know there are mony more out there that I don't know about and I would like these people to come forward to help get there money back. I was taken for several thousand dollars and when confronted about this Mr. richmire gave me excuses and when told I was going to consult an attorney he changed his number.
I think that you would be very interested in seeing what other victims have wrote to me regarding non delivery and the promises and all the money that was taken.

I was the owner of Splash me pool and spas of Portland Oregon. While I will conceed there were customers that did not receive delivery of product, it is an established FACT that any checks written for product were written to AUTUMN AKERS. She bought two vehicles and a big screen television with the money.
After I discovered she was convicted of fraud versus the State Of Oregon regarding unemployment benefits she overcollected I decided to make a change in the business structure. She, at that point made herself unavailable as well as the funds customers paid.
I challenge anyone to provide a check made out to me OR Splash Me pool and spa. SHE was the recipient of funds.
At the time of closing of the business, I mailed letters to customers explaining what happened and giving them Autumn's information.
It was unfortunate that she did this and she attempted to cover her actions by slandering me.
