Peter Cassidy-Marsh (ABN 65 979 523 257), aka Peter Cassidy *, aka BPC Stone Constructions is a con-man. To the best of my knowledge, he has ripped off at least 4 households.
His M.O. is to give a quote for stonework then take a deposit of several thousand dollars cash. He will string people along for months with emails and text messages giving increasingly suspicious excuses for not starting. Eventually, the client will realise Peter has no intention of doing the job and ask for their money back. At this point Peter will stop responding to emails and texts, possibly because he has blocked their phone and email.
Since he does not give clients his address the client loses their several thousand dollar deposit.
