Complaint Review: Nimlok Chicago Peter Crouch Debbie Venable

I am with a rather large ad firm in Chicagoland, and many of our clients exhibit. So we thought nimlok-chicago would be a good partner for us to work soley with. They gave us estimates for graphic design work(formatting the graphics), that we already created for our clients. We had four display projects going with them and when the final bill came back the prices were 3x times the estimate. Thats a huge increase for just formatting, and then we find out that they also charged us substantially more than other nimlok dealers charge for the displays. We found out that beautiful displays in Carbondale, IL has the lowest prices in the state and nation. Well they told us they would gives us the best pricing, not true.

So we tried to work this out with the owners Peter Crouch and Debbie Venable, they were rude and snubbed us off. They were really nice until they got our business, then just broken promises. I think these people are what give display houses a bad name, we know work with Skyline and have had no problems.
