Peter DeGennaro and Charlene Connors have been running scams all over MA. for years. They have misrepresented themselves as members of the BBB.
They cash checks from homeowners, send a subcontractor over, and bounce checks to them!
This leaves the homeowner at risk for a "Mechanics Lein" on their home and property.
When new subs are hired, they do poor workmanship.
