Peter Doleck Remax WestCoast Fraudlently Subleased Surrey Nationwide
I moved to Surrey, B.C. in November 2016. When my family and I arrived we found a beautiful home for rent on Craigslist. We contacted the number on the advertisment and spoke to a gentleman name Peter Dolecki and set up a time to see his home. When we arrived at the house, we saw that Peter was a real estate agent for Remax Westcoast as his real estate sign was on his truck. We meet Peter and took a tour of his home and entered into an 12 month rental agreement to start on December 1, 2016. Around February 2017, a notice of eviction was placed on the house, it listed Peter Dolecki as the tenant, and the landlord as another person. The notice was placed for failure to make monthly payment, and Peter Dolecki owed back rent in the amount of $30,000. Peter Dolecki was contacted and he stated that it was all a big mistake and that it would be handled. Well guess what, Dolecki did not fix it! He represented himself as the true legal owner of the house and fruadlent subleased it to me. STAY AWAY from DOLECKI! He is a fraud and con artist that will stop at nothing to make a buck the wrong way.... Hopefully REMAX Westcoast lets him go too!

Well well Mr. Dolecki, It’s about time that your actions hit end up hitting you where it hurts, in your wallet. You claimed that you were as innocent as they come yet everyone sees right through you as did the Commission. I just hope Westcoast ReMax sees the same thing and they let you go as you have never acted in the best interest of your clients and if you did it was to still benefit yourself. You are a black eye for all of us Real Estate agent here in the lower mainland.
Anyone reading this that is thinking to use Dolecki to represent them please do your checks first and speak with other realtors. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cbc.ca/amp/1.5866994 https://www.straight.com/news/bc-realtor-collects-rental-income-does-not-give-money-to-property-owner-gets-suspended-and

This is a message to the person that first issued this report. You are not alone. Please contact the Real estate board of BC and file a complaint. Mr. Dolecki is already under investigation. When you contact the REBC make sure you reference his name and ask for an agent that is dealing with his file.
If you research his name in the lower coursts of British Columbia and the Supreme court of B.C you will find there are approxiamtely ten (10) cases that have been filed against this individual in the last few years.
Peter Dolecki is also well known for a case with Brown Brothers Ford. If you google his name and Brown Brothers, you will see a court case all about Peter.
The Surrey RCMP also have a file on Peter Dolecki involving his practices. You should contact the Surrey RCMP and file your case there explaining in detail what has happened.
All this time that Peter Dolecki has been making money from his real estate dealings, he has hidden behind his "personal bankruptcy" Sands and Associates, a local firm were used by Peter to file his bankruptcy. None of the creditors were able to collect a dime from Peter Dolecki even though he continues to sell real estate for Remax

Mr. Dolecki, It was very nice to read your response as you try to save face. I actually feel horrible for what you put that family through, you swept the floor from right under neath their feet. I find it very insulting that you are actually lying on here, stating that the eviction notice was served cause the owner was selling. You know 100% that is not true as you were already behind in rent owed before that family moved in and that is what the eviction notice was for. Maybe we should obtain a copy of the eviction notice and can post it on here. The owner decided to sell cause of the pain you put the him through from not paying. But why didn't he offer you to buy it then? That's kinda of funny too...... oh wait is that because public records show you filled for bankruptcy. Im sure that family doesn't find anything strange about the selling of the property as the selling agent didn't give them any opportunity to stay or even buy the house, just like you did. I will give you some credit as you returned their money, probably cause you thought that would keep you out of trouble and that this would be swept under the rug. Finally for the record, anyone that will be doing business with Mr. Dolecki please check with the Real Estate Council of B.C. as the neighborhood was contacted by them as well as the RCMP as he is is/was being investigated regarding this. Mr. Dolecki, I hope you will find it in yourself to comes to grips and conduct business the correct way and stop misleading people, especially as a licensed realtor. You know that this event has traveled around this neighborhood, the neighborhood you grew up in and they know what you did. All the best!

RENTAL FACTS
#5REBUTTAL Individual responds
Wed, April 12, 2017
Dear Mrs. S, In your report you need to make sure that you state some facts as much of what you say is "heresay" at best and misrepresentation. The facts are that first off what I do for a living has nothing to do with this particular rental as I never advertised as a Realtor nor did I ever represent myself as renting this home to you as a Realtor or through any Real Estate Company. Your adding this has about as much as me saying that I rented this house to the Department of Treasury because your husband is a Border Officer. It has nothing to do with this particular rental. You also state that I represented myself as the "true legal owner" which is untrue, I had said that this house was an investment property and being rented.
I had an agreement when I had taken over this home that they would lease it to me for a minimum of 3 years and wanted longer but they would sign a year lease at a time. They also stated that they would give me first right to buy this house. This is why I had sublet the property to you as I was assured that it was a long term lease.
The eviction notice given by the owners was only because they had decided to sell the home and wanted it vacant, when the eviction notice was given the amount owing was not true and I tried to deal with the owners of the home who had in fact had made other plans for this home. The market had increased the value of this home by almost double of what they had paid for the house only a few short years ago. When all this happened I even went out of my way and returned your damage deposit as quickly as possible and then even though you could have stayed you left early and I paid you out for the 1/2 months rent. I could have fought with the owners and pursued this further as I had wanted them to lease to you directly at the end of my 1 year lease. But they were not interested and you had already decided to move on to your new rental home.
Then, if you noticed, only a few days after you had left these premises were immediately sold. In fact, the house wasn't even listed on the MLS and new owners moved in very quickly thereafter. Do you not find that strange?
I am sorry that this happened this way and this was not how it was intended as I had thought for sure that you would be there for a long time. BUT it was not fraudulent in any way and I did not profit or gain from this and you did not lose any money as I made sure you got your deposit and the half months rent returned to you by the day that you had vacated.
