Complaint Review: Peter Kostantinov

Peter Kostantinov claims to be a home builder among other things.  He runs business under the names of (KPI Cabinets, Bay Area LL Enterprises, KBH Marble & Granite Inc., Premier Construction Services Inc., BPI Coating Inc., International Insulation Company, PBI Insulation Inc., Kostantinov and Associates, Premier Construction Services, Inc., International Insulation Co., and his latest ILLEGAL VENTURE will be called Gulf Coat Properties Consultants.  He is not a licensed builder but claims to be one.  He has already lost his license to practice real estate because he stole money from an escrow account.  He also was recently sentenced to probation in Pinellas County because he was caught doing work without  the proper licenses or permits.  However that doesn't stop him from crossing over the Pinellas county lines and wreaking havoc in our neighborhood.  

I hired him to renovate a home for me, however when I checked on the status of the work I noticed many problems and when I questioned him on whether he pulled the proper permits or licenses is when he left the job site and never returned.  Ripping me off for over $30,000.00    just google Peter Kostantinov and the word FRAUD, you will see him pop right up on www.ripoff.com.  

I have already reported his actions to the Tampa Police Dept., The Better Business Bureau, The Buildings and Regulations Dept, The IRS, The Attorney Generals Office and his current probation officer.  I am pleading with you all to post this on every media site you have access to.  This man is a danger to all of us and must be taken off the streets.  He drives a dark bluish green Nissan pathfinder license plate number CTFN25.
