Peter Cedeno is a lower than pond scum, he is a master manipulator who will craftfuly take advantage of his clients (esp women) in a vulnerable state, making them believe anything in a divorce proceedings. 

  To accurately depict Peter's character, he is somewhere between a cockroach and the white stuff that accumulates at the corner of your mouth when you are thirsty. Peter is a A-class liar, a piece of worthless sh*t, and a serious waste of space on this earth and in the legal community. Almost, every divorce attorney in the industry is aware of his sh** reputation.     Now that his reputation is in tatters, and his name is all over news, he keeps a very close eye on his reviews, what is comical that he has 5 out of 5 stars. He has succumb so low that he buys his positive reviews, scrub his negative reviews, and intimidates people who will post anything negative about him.   If he was such a great of a lawyer, and not a piece of sh**t that he is, then he wouldn't spend all day monitoring his google reviews. Respectable and ethical lawyers let their ratings speak for themselves.  You have to be really dumb to hire an attorney with such poor conduct and ethical values, and especially an attorney who spends all day responding to his google reviews. Does he not have work to do?    Peter will eventually sink, he is trying to salvage whatever he can but I highly doubt he will survive. His continuing lawsuit against Atesa (his former client) will destroy him, and will eventually run him into the ground. And his ongoing efforts to milk his clients with frivolous motions is his only way to make $.  He is so dumb that he actually believes that there is only one single person who is after him and writing all the negative reviews. Peter will get what is coming to him.  

I was a client of Mr Cedeno and paid him a lot of money for what turned out to be inadequate legal representation. He completely screwed me over and went on the offensive by calling me names, threatening me, and even impersonating me on Google. This man is not right in the head and should not be trusted with practicing law in any courtroom. This lawyer is a world class scumbag. Even for him this is a new low which says something. When he is unable to obtain information legally and lawfully to make his case he resorts to fabricating evidence and framing people. This man is as dirty and decitful as they come. Google recently discovered that Peter Cedeno has been leaving himself fradulent 5-star reviews. Even under the names of clients, from their phones, without their permission or consent. Google realized what was going on and removed a bunch of his fake 5-star reviews. Peter Cedeno took this personally but instead of having a "come to Jesus" moment and re-evaluating his shady ways, he made an even worse decision to "frame" all the legitimate people who have been leaving him negative reviews. He got caught with his pants down by Google and is now trying to pin it on someone. On 4/5/2018 Peter Cedeno left multiple fake 5-star reviews. These are the only five star reviews he has ever taken the time to personally respond to (as of this date) and his Google listing has been up for years. The reason for that is he is now attempting to "frame" dissatisfied clients. He wants to pin the fake reviews he got caught leaving on someone else who had nothing to do with it. This is his attempt to regain the trust of Google but it's not going to work. The damage has been done. Peter Cedeno has failed miserably as a husband, a father, and a lawyer. Lies and manipulation are how he does busines. Take for example his daughter Alexis who is studying abroad. Peter recently traveled to Spain over the Easter holiday to visit her, but his agenda wasn't catching up. It was to brainwash her into believing he's a good person and not the scumbag we all know that he is. Peter has a knack for manipulating women mentally, emotionally, and before I forget it, physically. Even his own daughter isn't off limits. You would be well advised to never retain Peter Cedeno as your attorney. He may be the most unethical divorce attorney to ever live. These two "men" or should I say "boys" might as well be joined at the hip. Tim Capper of onlineownership.com and Peter Cedeno of nyc-divorces.com won't even take a crap without the other knowing in advance. Tim will even handle little Peter's manscaping because he is used to handling small packages. It is this type of relationship that you just can't put a price tag on. Both individuals have a lot of pride and they aren't afraid to swallow it for each other.

Sure there is the occasional lover's spat but no marriage is perfect. This is why Peter Cedeno of Peter L. Cedeño & Associates, P.C. and Tim Capper of Online Ownership in Corby, Northhamptonshire are like peanut butter and jelly. It is why Peter hired Tim to manage his online reputation. You see, Peter is a man with more skeletons than Calvary Cemetery. Tim by his own admission can "bury the dead bodies."

Peter brought him on because of his ability to dig graves like an undertaker, but as it turns out, Tim is only working with a sandcastle shovel making shallow plots that are easy to uncover. Peter Cedeno hired Tim Capper to assist with creating numerous fake reviews across multiple review sites and to remove all negative feedback on Avvo.com, lawyers.com, Yelp.com, lawyerratingz.com, and of course Google. There are others but these are the main sites in play.

Peter wants you to think he is hitting them out of the park at his law firm, but what he doesn't want you to know is that he's using performance enhancing drugs to make it happen. He is a cheater with a major asterisk next to his name. Case in point: Why did Peter hire Tim? Simple. Because Peter was in search of someone inside Google who could fix the system for him. Mr. Cedeno is someone who has no trouble playing fast and lose with the law.

Crossing ethical, even legal lines is second nature to him. That means trouble follows him around like a boil on his a*s. Pissing people off is a certainty for a "man" with his tremendous shortcomings. Negative reviews and complaints are guaranteed. Most law firms receive so few complaints that they can easily handle it themselves in-house. Peter Cedeno on the other hand receives so many that he has to cross an ocean and hire someone from the United Kingdom.

That is pretty telling right there. And in his own words Peter hired Tim because "you almost feel like he works for Google." The objective Mr. Cedeno had in mind was to either secure an employee inside Google or find an individual who could work through someone on the inside. That is where Tim comes into play. Tim Capper may present himself as an ethical SEO and online marketing consultant but don't be fooled by these preposterous claims. If his skills are where he claims them to be then he should have no trouble being able to pick and choose his clients.

Instead he made a conscious decision to work with Peter Cedeno and sees no problem with taking money from a sleazebag with no morals or ethics. Tim doesn't care that he is defending and enabling a man who treats women terribly, including his own wife and daughter. I also find it super amusing that Peter Cedeno seems to believe that only one person could be after him. He has wronged so many people in so many different ways and yet, only one is trying to "destroy his reputation." No Mr. Cedeno you are the one that brought this on yourself. There are multiple people coming out against you because of your heinous actions over the years.

They no longer fear your empty threats and intimidation. The truth can't be silenced. Not by you, not by Tim, not by anyone foolish enough to work with/for you. Write a bad review for Peter Cedeno and you will get the "This firm has never represented this person" or the "This is the same person who has left every negative review" treatment. It doesn't matter if you were a real client. He will deny deny deny in public and then threaten you behind the scenes if he can identify who you are. This has happened to lots of people. Peter is an unhinged sociopath with no self-control. His whole life is one small erection with a disappointing conclusion that leaves much to be desired.

 I always had a suspicion that Peter L. Cedeño & Associates, P.C. was a sleazy law firm. This confirms it and makes it an open and shut case as far as I'm concerned. I never thought the owner would stoop so low as to hire an Indian to write fake reviews in order to silence the opposition. But I suppose that should not surprise me considering that Peter Cedeno threatened me with a mountain of litigation for writing a bad review.

He takes his online reputation very seriously even though he's done nothing to actually earn it. This lawyer is a FRAUD and a dotard.  Peter hire me too right bad reviewz on purpose. He msg me on craigslist then not pay. He says he need too win case aginst persons who right other bad reviewz. He tell me it makes easier for him too get lots of details about them. I not know whut he mean but agree to do for 100 dollar but he not pay me or answer emails any more. I feel like he cheat me and then he get facebook to ban me. I speak out cuz he not good person who honor there word. He like too game system and it not write. I feel like fool for workin with him. Seriously, you take the time to write this complaint? I had to find out from my mother on Facebook. Do you know how embarrassing this is? You came into my office wearing a low cut top and think it is inappropriate for a man to stare? If I may be honest here we all have certain needs and desires. Anyone who says they don't is lying and I am a good person.

I worked with Peter Cedeno as his assistant last summer. It was an off the books type deal but I needed the experience. The problem is it was the wrong experience. I am an attractive female and Peter used his position of authority to take advantage of me. Every time I went into his office to see if he needed anything he was looking at porn. He would then look to me and say I bet you would like nice in that video. I would always bite my tongue and walk out without saying anything but I am glad with the help of this site I have a way to speak out. I just hope more women get the courage to speak out against this sleazy New York City divorce lawyer.

You must have a lot of courage to submit this complaint. I am starting the whole divorce process with my husband and I scheduled an appointment with Peter Cedeno. To my disgust the conversation quickly became sexual and I ended up walking out. His eyes were fixated on my breasts the entire time. I couldn’t believe it and when I called him out he threatened me. There is something seriously wrong with this man.
