Mr. Peter is a SCAM artist he takes people hard earned money!!!  I met Peter thru a good girl friend of mine and said she never done business with him but she trust him, so I decided to take my christmas bonus and give him a try. (bad idea)

I explained to him that I wanted a nice place for me and my children, I also explained I was newly divorced and I had to watch every penny.  He sent me a list of properties and I thought I found my dream home until my atty found out that he do not own noe have in his possession the properties that he sale.

Upon finding this out I asked for a refund and he told me that he was not refunding me my money and he needed $4000.00 more dollars. NEVER!!!  This guy take people money he is a scam artist.

- Famous last words. If I had a dollar for everytime I heard the phrase "A friend of mine trusts them....." and then read how they got ripped off, I would be able to afford that Private Island in the South Pacific. I wonder what your good friend thinks of them now..or what you think of your good friend.

Exactly what service did you pay this person to perform, and why did you pay him upfront? If he was just doing a house search for you, why didn't you go with a regular realtor? If you were watching your pennies, they don't ask for money up front and only get a commission AFTER they performed their job.

until my atty found out that he do not own noe have in his possession the properties that he sale.
- How did your attorney get involved in this and exactly why do they see that as an issue? If he was acting as a Realtor the listing he probably sent you were MLS listings offered for sale/rent by other realtors. Unless there is some piece you aren't telling us this is nothing out of the ordinary.

Upon finding this out I asked for a refund and he told me that he was not refunding me my money and he needed $4000.00 more dollars
- What exactly did you sign when you handed him the money? You did sign something...right? In that contract what are the terms for cancellation? Does it provide a way to get a refund?  What does your attorney say about getting your money back?

Seems like you are leaving out some details here.
