Complaint Review: peter tryce

Mr. Tryce is knowingly and willingly aiding on consumer fraud. The seller he is representing is is installing sub-par roof not recommended by reputable roofing companies, not dealing with termite issues correctly. I have walked away thankfully knowing that other "upgrades" in that property being sold might also have been done haphazardly so that in the end the house is a lemon. Mr. Golden Shu (seller) is harassing roofers to produce an invoice so that a new roof can be installed on top of old roof that had deteriorated beyond use, full of holes, termites and dry rot. Mr. Tryce believes and is amazed (not with disbelief) of how his client can swindle consumers. If you want a shady realtor Peter Tryce is your guy.
