Peter Vekselman, coaching by Peter Scammer Atlanta Georgia
Peter Vekselman's training program is a rip off. Trust me, I made an initial payment of $1500 and he guaranteed that by the end of the month, I would close 3-4 deals. From then, I was supposed to pay $1000 for the following 6 months so I can benefit from his coaching and have access to his list of buyers. Long story short, prior to my $1500, Peter was very accessible, convincing, and spent a great amount of time on the phone with me to explain his program. But after the $1500, that was a different story. To begin with, he doesn't allow you to physically go to his office, everything is done over the phone. His coaching program is a complete JOKE. He will give you steps to follow such as DAY 1, go on Craigslist and try to get 100 home sellers. 3 days later, contact these sellers and see if they are still in business and If you can send them any deal that comes your way. Then 2 days later, he will call you to tell you "good job, now let's wait until the weekend is over to continue". Mind you, you just lost a week doing nothing serious. Monday comes, he will tell you to get on google and find any potential buyers, about 100 of them. 3 days later, call and see if they are still in the market. 2 days later you get another call "good job, now let's wait until the weekend is over to continue". You get the drift, he is not telling you anything that you cannot figure out on your own by just researching "wholesaling real estate". I even took it upon myself to go find wholesalers like myself to make deals with them but none of my deals went through him. Everything was over priced to his buyers list. He's a joke! He invests his stolen money on advertisement and hope people fall for his pitch. His main source is scamming although I am sure that he does make money from connecting some wholesalers to buyers but the whole point is, his coaching program does not do anything that you can't do on your own.
