Complaint Review: Peter Vekselman

Peter had two large windows of time to prove he could deliver and failed me both times.  He is the most disingenuous person I have run across in business in over thirty years.  He originally claimed to have a proven system to bring people success in purchasing discounted properties but as the mentoring progressed he proved to be empty.  There was nothing new offered.  His goal appeared to be to offer some silly worthless mentor suggestions and assignments was revealed to be nothing more than trying to justify and prolong monthly credit card deductions.   No industry contacts were delivered!

During the second go-around with Peter he offered to pay healthy finders fees for increasing his numerous properties that he says he regularly buys.  His insincerity was validated as he kept changing purchasing criteria and backed out of several deals brought to him that met his standard.  In the process he pissed off one of the top inivestor real estate agents in Georgia. He proved to be not serious and his goal revealed he did not want to commit to purchase properties as previously stated.  

Peter was only animated and active in communications when he wanted to sign-me up to his "mentoring program" and when the expiration date on my credit card had expired.  Any other time he was a very poor uninterested communicator who took no interest in any success for those he previously hyped.  Stay away and save your money!
