On January 19/21 7:30 I came in for my first oil change appointment at the Peterbilt dealership and the salesman who sold me the new Truck tells me he never said new trucks get a 5000 in house credit.  I can understand if he didn't remember or made a mistake but he has the nerve to say that never happened? Oh buddy that's sad because I'm not the liar, you are.

can you post a picture of the truck?  I'd like to see what a $270,000 truck looks like.

It’s the fact Darryl Wood is a liar and fraud artist. I’m not the liar, he is.

I never said that was the deciding factor,

I’m paying 270k for the truck, the 5k doesn’t matter to me, the fact that Darryl Wood said that never happened was a direct insinuation that I’m lying. There’s other issues as well but the attitude of His led to direct confrontation. Horrible person.

Why do bad people get such cushy jobs? I’m not the liar, Darryl Wood st Peterbilt Pacific in Surrey BC is the liar. Don’t go to him if you need a new truck, talk to Jon Nickels, he won’t screw you around with lies like, "we can’t bring in trucks from the factory we only sell what’s on our lot.”

...are worth the paper they aren't written on.  I can't imagine having a $5000 credit be part of my purchasing decision....but not get it in writing.
