Peters auto mall Scott Luke Jared Dishonest deceitful Tell me my due date for my payment would be 90 days and they're collecting within two weeks. Told me the vehicle was not in an accident and come to find out it was in an accident and charge me too much for the vehicle High point North Carolina

Scott appeals Auto Mall was very deceitful and dishonest. He told me the car I was buying was one of his friends that just wanted to upgrade and there was nothing wrong with it. Turns out the car was in an accident. He charged me too much for it and got me out of $4,000 for a down payment.

And the payment due date is not 90 days more like 12 as I'm getting calls from the finance company within 30 days of me buying the car asking for payment that I was told that was not due till September and I have written proof.

Whole place is dishonest every time I call up there for the last month no one wants to help me. They want to pass the buck around. Very bad place to do business

 Did you receive from USPS a Proof of Delivery receipt? If this phone had problems, why did you wait until day 55 or 56 to ship it back when you knew the deadline was just days away? Did you send it NEXT DAY DELIVERY? Looks like you cut it short, too short and you missed the deadline.
