I contracted with Petra Allius at Global Asset Research and Recovery to perform for me some employment locates for my judgment recovery business. I received a contract from her with pricing, etc. I completed her requests and submitted a $150 Paypal payment to her to start her off.
She was also supposed to use part of the money to get a calling card to make long distant calls with to do the employment locates. This was explained to me up front. Then she wrote me and said she was not able to get to the funds by using her garr email address for Paypal and she refunded that money and had me resubmit the funds to her other email address of nbje_training@yahoo.com. That is the last I ever saw of that money. This was August 2004.
Petra has promised to provide the information from her efforts to locate the employment of 10 case subjects I had submitted to her. She said several times that she: 1. had computer problems, 2. had server problems, 3. had been sick, 4. had been in the hospital, 5. too busy, 6. help in her office should have provided info to me, 7. she already faxed or emailed me (which she had not done), 8. her accountant should have paid me already, 9. her medicine was making her ill.
Then other persons were emailing me that they had had problems with her similar to mine. When we all started questioning her on her chat room as to why we had not received our money or the promised services, I and the others were all kicked off her chat room.
I have emailed, faxed, written and called her with no results on getting the funds and/or my reports as promised. She also promised to pay me back my money and also give me the reports, and that was two months ago and I still do not have either one. This person promised a service but did not provide that service and will not make good on the service and her promises. She is a rip off.
She is also related to the person that owns Courtcash.com and was married to him at one time.

Well, seems I'm now the 3rd victim of this smooth-talking woman known as Petra Allius. No wonder she split away from the previous company - her professional worth ethics prove that.
We did some research for her too, didn't ask for a deposit (lesson learned) and sent the data we researched and collected for her and waited for payment. The payment by the 2nd order was slow, some excuse about not paying invoices after the 15th until the end of the month. Well 2 months later, there was still no payment. Now, finally after demanding that a "cashier's" check be sent to Wolfgang Research by a given deadline, she waited until the "day" before that deadline (she had a week) and shipped an envelope to us overnight. Guess she thought we were stupid and would email her the data we had gathered for her order, but we waited and 5 days after depositing the check which was over $700, it bounced - just like we knew it would. Thankfully, we had already spoken to the District Attorney and followed his instructions. Now we wait for her to make the BAD Worthless Check good. I cannot ignore the humor of a Judgment Recovery Specialist writing a bad check !!!!! And her company is teaching people to be judgment recovery specialists - I would question her training material based on her lack of understanding that its very unprofessional to intentially write a bad check. Didn't have to be a psychic - we knew that check was going to bounce !
So don't be the next victim. Take heed. If you want her business, tell her to pay up front before you even send a reseacher out for discovery work. Her first victim documented in this forum was in 2004. 5 years later and she's still at it !
By the way Cedria Bukeye of Arizona - she swore she paid you, but I'd bet you never saw a dime.

Petra Allius is now heading up JRIAL.net - Judgment Recovery Institute of Advanced Learning after a "falling out" with Global Asset Research and Recovery.
I came across this RipOff report and found that it was submitted in 2004. Well, its now 2009 and I thought I would let anyone coming across this report know that Petra is now operating as owner of JRIAL - a very advertised internet institute for students to learn how to do judgment recovery.
Ms. Petra contacted my company for services to collect judgments leads for her so that she could sell them to her students at a very attractive, discount price.
Anyone who might be considering enrollment into the learning institute or providing court research services to Ms. Petra Allius is welcome to contact me for a reference. (((Redacted))).
