Petra Alluis / Judgment Recovery Institute CON ARTIST - SCHOOL LURES UNSESPECTING STUDENTS INTO SCAM Santa Ana CA / INTERNET
Judgment Recovery Institute (judgmentrecoveryinstitute.com) is a lure to con unsuspecting students. The school brings in students wanting to learn how to build a judgment recovery business. As an online learning center, it builds trust in the student. Then, "opportunities" to purchase bulk portfolios of debt are presented to the student. The opportunities are bogus - they do not exist. Once the student purchases the bogus portfolio, Petra Alluis (Director of JRI), follows up with a series of mishaps and excuses as to why she has not mailed the documents to support the portfolio. The real reason is it does not exist and never did.
Steer clear of PETRA ALLUIS and JUDGMENT RECOVERY INSTITUTE.

I tried their service and got burned too. The scam is that you have to pay for the judgments up front before you get them. so I paid $515 up front and never got the judgments. I used my credit card and simply disputed the charge. today, somehow it is back on my card. I just spent 2 hours writing another letter and printing all the emails they sent me. Petra Allus has every lie in the book. Best one was that they only mail the packages on Fridays. LOL What kind of company mails only on Fridays. A SCAM that is who. Other excuses were that they had to go to a funeral, the lawyers were out of town, bad phone reception, have to be in court, excuse after excuse. Here is the link to the scam, so watch out. http://us1.campaign-archive2.com/?u=ae090fc4b3cdde2808fec5ebb&id=9bc7237d4a&e=8398858de8
The only time I got a call was from Petra when she was in the drive-thru on her cell phone. I should have known right there. I only hope that my credit card will see the scam and give me my money back. I wish I was in California and met her face to face. She will get hers some day. She is going to piss off the wrong person on the wrong day. What a way to live.
