Complaint Review: Petrillo Realty

I WAS interested in a property listed under Petrillo Realty and called their office numerous times only to get an answering service (not an answering machine where you can at least leave a message). The message stated to contact "Ana Morris" dial 101 - tried that: 101 is actually "Jason Manheim" according to the voice mail (which would not allow me to leave a message) dial 102 and you receive the voice mail of Bruno Petrillo Sr. - which you are actually able to leave a message (HOWEVER, MR. BRUNO NEVER REURNED MY CALL). Try dialing extention 104 "Rita Dade"? - you'll get her voice mail, but it hangs up on you before you can leave a message. Finally, extension 107 for "David Williams" - the answering system says, "Please hold while I transfer you to....Click - it hangs up)

On REALTOR.com most agents have a link to their email to request more information, and the larger realtors actually have websites which are linked or can be found by doing a search. At least Petrillo Realty could provide an address or SOMETHING?

Don't waste your time with these idiots - Realtors interestested in making a living would certainly answer their phones, get an answering machine that works, provide a website for their listings, an email address, or at least provide an address, so if all else fails - a potential client could at least stand in their office until some one shows up.

Is THIS REALTOR FOR REAL???? - I have a very bad feeling about Petrillo Realty, especially considering the previous reports, as well as Petrillo's reputaion amoung realtors I've contacted (which DO answer their phones, and return calls)

Thank You ripoffreport.com - I hope everyone considering a home purchase researches different agencies. YOU DON'T NEED TO PUT UP WITH THE CRAP OF HAVING TO CALL THEM OVER AND OVER, NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THROUGH - AND IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET THROUGH -YOU'LL BE LUCKY IF THEY RETURN YOUR CALL!
