Pets Unlimited Ripoff Unauthorized Charges on Credit Card for Advertising I Never Requested and Never Received Reston Virginia
On 8/16/2006, Pets Unlimited charged by credit card for $14.95. My credit card details say the charge is for advertising services. I don't have a pet, I am not looking for one, and I am not selling one. I never signed up for the service and could not have done so because I was on vacation in another state at the time and did not have access to a computer. This scares me because maybe someone has my credit card number (Pets Unlimited does). I will talk to my credit card company about getting a new account number. I did check on the Pets Unlimited web site and they did have my information. I cancelled my services, whatever they were. I found several phone numbers for Pets Unlimited on the internet: 703-391-1771 and 772-325-8558. I will also try calling them to try to find out how they got my information.
