Complaint Review: Petsitter's Unlimited

I have used this pet sitting service for over a year. I had several sit times booked with her and called to verify she would be sitting for me. I tried calling several times and she never returned my calls.

A week prior to the sitting time, I called again to verify she was sitting, after at least 3 times, she finally returned my call and told me yes she was sitting, she had been busy, had surgery, etc.

I told her there was a new cat and new routine and I needed her to come over. Told her what days I was available and we needed to get together, this was all done via voicemail.

Four days, prior to me leaving I called again (she called back leaving messages each time that she was sitting), then three days, two days and the day before she calls and leaves me a voicemail telling me to find someone else. No reason, just find someone else.

I had already determined she wasn't going to sit for me and had made other arrangements, I just wanted to see how far she would carry this out.

So...don't use Petsitters Unlimited ran by Mandy Mulligan.
