PetsUnlimited.com Charges credit cards without permission Ripoff Mineral Virginia
Pets Unlimited.com is a website where you can go list animals you have for sale. Last month I had no idea what Pets Unlimited was, until I found a charge on my credit card. I tried contacting them but all they have is a voice message interestingly instructing you if you want to ;cancel; your account to go to their website and if you want a refund to send them a letter.
I have no animals for sale and no need for any other services from Pets unlimited. I think someone in Pets Unlimited is pulling a scam here.
A few years ago (more than 3) I was involved in dog breeding and listed on a site or two. I never used Pets Unlimited then and don't even remember them being around. The only website I paid for a listing was qualitydogs.com. They were good.
I have a suspicion Pets Unlimited has gotten a hold of a list of people with credit card information from another site, and simply updated the expiration dates and is making charges.
My charges have only been $5.95, too small for many to notice or be willing to do anything about. I almost missed it. I'm also afraid they might try a larger amount like they have others.
I'm not the only one having Pets Unlimited problems. Pets Unlimited has been doing this to other people, some for hundreds of dollars. Just search for 'pets unlimited scam.'
Well, I need to contact my credit card again. I'm going to file a fraud report is I don't hear from Pets Unlimited in two more days.
If you are being ripped of or scammed by Pets Unlimited, call your credit card and tell them you didn't authorize the transaction. If they keep it up file a fraud report. I'm going to contact the VA attorney general next. There sure are a lot of scammers ripping off dog lovers'.
Lets not let Pets Unlimited get away with this.
