Petsunlimited has continued to bill my credit card for well over a year almost 2 years now every 3-4 months for an ad I no longer want subscribed to.

Their merchant bank has sent a letter to my credit card company that they have not received any cancellation notice yet I have been to their site logged in and clicked unsubscribe so many times and yet it conitnues to be charged on my credit card. Then my credit card company has even sent letters of cancellation to them and still they are allowed to continue to charge my account.

I have tried to contact them by letter in the mail, by phone and also by e-mail to cancel my subscription. You either get to listen to music, no answer, or an auto responder that you cannot e-mail back to.

Working with my credit card company the charges have always been credited back to my account but every 3-4 months they are repeated and I must call and dispute the charges each time.

Very frustrating and time consuming.

Petsunlimited should stopped from scamming like this!
