These guys are getting slicker- as soon as you register as a breeder or upgrade your membership- WHAM, you have no access to the site- only a message saying "We will launch our new site in a few days".. yeah right! They think they are hiding- but I have an IP tracker that found them. They are also know as SPOTLOVE.com and yet another SCAM.

The point here was that I paid to upgrade- and the following day the site went down for 30 days. I think a refund was in order. After several emails t o each other, I and Petsunlimited agreed to reinstate my account to the fullest degree, and I am happy with this solution. Thanks!!

We would like to note that you may at anytime cancel your PetsUnlimited.com or Spotlove.com account by logging into your profile. Please note there are a plethora of vet and animal health information under the pet library section.

We would also like to note that when you registered, you clicked the I agree to the terms of service and site use policies, which indicates that you have read and agree to the site use policies, and contained therein is the billing and refund policy. Please note it clearly states the following under

OTHER - Billing / Fees / Miscellaneous:
"In order to bring you uninterrupted service and for your convenience, your subscription will renew automatically until you tell us otherwise by resigning your membership from your profile preferences page and the billing and refund policy page. "

When registering, and clicking the you agree to the site use policies, it means that you have read and understand the policies. Claiming that you did not know your membership renewed would indicate that you did not read the site use policies and therefore should not have clicked the I agree box.

Sincerely,
