Peyman Promptly sent very small trees that I requested, however, all the trees were dead on arrival. I contacted them and was told to wait about 8 weeks and if not send them back for new deliveries. I tried to contact them after that and there were no responses New Haven Connecticut
I had located the USA nursery on the internet with a very alluring website and for all practical purposes looked very legitimate. We ordered several trees for a very reasonable price. The trees were delivered promptly. However, upon initial inspection all the trees appeared to be simply dead branches. We planted them and after several weeks of watering them noticed that there were no sign of life. I contacted them and they verbally indicated that I need to give them about 8 weeks and if still no sign of life, return them and they will send us new trees in the next season.
After about 10 weeks, I contacted them and I was not able to talk to anyone. I furthermore noticed that there are a lot of complaints with a similar issue.
I think that this is a a rippoff and for those thinking about ordering from this site, please don't.
