Complaint Review: PGS Global Express Co LTD

I met this company at the 119th Canton Fair when I was approached by a man named Michael, he spoke good english and told me about the services they provide. Fast forward to a month later, I am in need of a freight forwarder and find his business card from my previous trip to China. I get a quote, the price is good, the transit time is stated "3-5 business days".

I tell him right away, if the shipping will take 8-10 days then I can use a much less expensive option instead of his air cargo service. The goods are urgent. After they pick up the goods from my warehouses, Michael contacts me and says that there is "freight congestion" and that they should change airports. A day later when the goods are basically packaged and ready to leave, he says "5-7 business days" which is 2 more than he told me before. I am frustrated by this but I say "ok". The goods leave China on June 29th 2016 and are headed for MCO airport. 

The 2nd problem that happens is one of the cartons is forgotten in China, so there is a 2 day delay before that box arrived and gets packaged together to be trucked, not flown to MCO (orlando) from IAD..... the promise before was that goods were going to be flown directly to Pensacola, Florida, then the promise changed to directly flown to Orlando but now the goods are trucked to Orlando. This is now july 9th (when the goods arrive to Orlando).

The company on the US end (GLC-INC.com) takes one full day to process customs, then one day to send payment to the trucking company (like that couldn't have been arranged before hand) and then 2-3 DAYS to deliver something that is 5 hours away..... So now at this point the 3-5 day promise has changed to 13 days at the same amount of money. If thats not a scam, I don't know what is. 

13 Days people, thats what you can expect from these people. And thats the earliest - I still haven't gotten my goods (it's July 13th).
